My work exists at the intersection of healing, ceremony, creativity, transformation, and conscious leadership.
After navigating trauma, chronic illness, burnout, and profound personal transformation, I dedicated my life to helping others remember their own capacity to heal and evolve.
Through sessions, ceremonies, education, products, and community initiatives, I help people reconnect with themselves and create lives that feel more aligned, meaningful, and alive.
My Work Today
Today, my work lives at the intersection of healing, ceremony, transformation, creativity, and conscious leadership.
Through Soul & Sage Healing Arts, I guide individuals through integrative healing sessions, personalized rituals, ceremonies, and transformational experiences.
Through The Prism Path, I teach a philosophy and framework for embodied healing, self-reclamation, and conscious evolution.
Through Arrow Indigo Apothecary, I create handcrafted ritual products, herbal blends, intentional tools, and sensory experiences designed to support daily ritual and embodied living.
Through Ritual Ink Art House, I create books, oracle decks, artwork, poetry, and creative works that explore healing, identity, consciousness, and transformation.
Through The Healing Roots Institute, I work to expand access to holistic care through regenerative community support and practitioner partnerships.
Through Arrow & Company, I help heart-led organizations and mission-driven businesses build ethical, sustainable structures that create lasting impact.
At the center of all of it is one belief:

From Silent Suffering to Soul-Led Service
What began as a personal healing journey evolved into an integrated ecosystem devoted to healing, creativity, ethical leadership, and accessible holistic care.
I was born into instability.
Like many people, I learned to survive before I learned how to thrive.
I carried trauma, shame, anxiety, and illness in my body for years. At twenty-one, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and told there was no cure.
That moment became a turning point.
Instead of surrendering my future, I committed myself to understanding healing from every angle I could find.
Through therapy, yoga therapy, nervous system regulation, somatic healing, nutrition, spirituality, energy work, meditation, and years of personal study, I rebuilt my relationship with my body, my mind, and my life.
Then I became a mother.
Motherhood confronted me with the child I had once been and inspired me to break inherited cycles rather than repeat them.
Over time, healing became integration.
Integration became embodiment.
Embodiment became service.

What began as personal survival became a living ecosystem rooted in one belief:
