If you’ve felt stuck, silent, or unseen...
this space is for you.
You've carried what wasn't yours.
You've shape-shifted to survive.
You've whispered your truth when it should have roared.
Perhaps you've spent years being who others needed you to be. The strong one. The caretaker. The peacemaker. The person who holds everything together, even when you're falling apart inside.
And somewhere along the way, you lost touch with your own needs, desires, boundaries, and voice.
But something in you is stirring.
Not to become someone else.
To unbecome everything you were never meant to carry.
This is your invitation to release, reclaim, and return to yourself, on your own terms.
What is Unbecoming?
Unbecoming is a six-week, private transformational coaching and ritual experience designed to help you explore the patterns, beliefs, relationships, and identities that may be keeping you disconnected from your authentic self.
This is more than a conversation about change. It's an opportunity to understand yourself more deeply and begin practicing new ways of being.
Through guided self-inquiry, embodied awareness, spiritual exploration, intentional ritual, and practical coaching, you'll learn to recognize patterns, reconnect with your voice, explore personal boundaries, and develop tools to support your continued growth.
Throughout this experience, you'll be invited to:
-
Identify inherited roles, limiting beliefs, and survival patterns.
-
Explore your emotions with greater awareness, compassion, and choice.
-
Recognize relationship dynamics and attachments that no longer serve you.
-
Reconnect with your younger self through reflection and self-compassion.
-
Strengthen your voice, boundaries, self-trust, and personal sovereignty.
-
Develop grounding, reflection, and integration practices you can use beyond the program.
This is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new.
It's about discovering who you are beneath everything you've learned to be.

FAQs
Is Unbecoming therapy? No. Unbecoming is a transformational coaching and ritual-based personal development experience. It is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or a substitute for medical or clinical care. The experience incorporates trauma-aware principles, including personal choice, informed consent, adaptable practices, and respect for individual boundaries. If you're navigating significant trauma-related symptoms or mental health challenges, participating alongside appropriate licensed clinical support may be important.
What if I have physical limitations or chronic pain? Your body, abilities, and comfort matter. Embodiment practices can be modified, adapted, or replaced with other forms of awareness and reflection. You are never required to push through pain, participate in a particular movement, or continue an activity that doesn't feel appropriate. Please discuss relevant health considerations before beginning so we can determine whether the experience can accommodate your needs.
What support is available between sessions? You'll have access to personalized support through text, email, or scheduled phone conversations for questions, reflection, and integration related to the program. Support is provided during agreed-upon availability and is not intended for emergency or crisis situations.
What if I need to reschedule a session? Please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. If an unexpected situation arises, communicate with Arrow as soon as you can so you can discuss available options. Sessions are designed to be experienced live and are not routinely recorded.
Do I need experience with healing or spiritual practices? Not at all. Whether you're new to personal development or have been exploring your inner world for years, the experience is designed to meet you where you are. You're welcome to approach the spiritual and ritual elements in ways that align with your personal beliefs.
How much time should I set aside? Each weekly session lasts approximately 90 minutes. Plan for additional time during the week for journaling, reflection, and optional integration practices. Most participants should anticipate approximately 2–3 hours per week in total, although the amount of independent practice is flexible.
Will the experience be emotionally intense? Some topics and practices may bring up strong emotions, memories, or personal insights. Everyone's experience is different. You will always have the opportunity to pause, modify, decline, or revisit an activity. Emotional intensity is never a requirement for meaningful growth.
Are payment plans available? Yes. Payment plans are available to make the investment more manageable. Specific payment arrangements will be discussed during the enrollment process and confirmed before the program begins.
