Liability Release Agreement

I, [Participant Name], understand and acknowledge that my participation in [Activity/Event Name] involves inherent risks and dangers that cannot be eliminated, despite the best efforts of the organizers, venue, and staff. These risks may include, but are not limited to, bodily injury, property damage, illness, and even death.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activity/event, I agree to assume all risks and responsibilities arising out of my participation. I release and hold harmless [Organizers/Event Hosts] from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of my participation in the activity/event, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death, whether caused by the negligence of [Organizers/Event Hosts] or otherwise.

I also agree to indemnify [Organizers/Event Hosts] from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of my participation in the activity/event, including, but not limited to, claims by third parties, whether caused by the negligence of [Organizers/Event Hosts] or otherwise.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and [Organizers/Event Hosts], and I sign it of my own free will. I acknowledge that Arrow and Company may store my information and use it to contact me in the future.
