The Integrative Healing Session combines multiple healing modalities into one personalized experience tailored to your unique needs, intentions, and goals.
Rather than choosing from a menu of services, you are invited to arrive exactly as you are.
Based on your goals, challenges, and intentions, your session may incorporate energy healing, Reiki, chakra balancing, sound healing, breathwork, yoga nidra, spiritual coaching, oracle guidance, essential oils, cupping therapy, ritual practices, and other supportive modalities.

For more than fifteen years, I have explored the intersection of healing, spirituality, personal growth, and transformation.
As an ordained minister, holistic healing practitioner, spiritual coach, author, and founder of Soul & Sage Healing Arts, I have had the privilege of supporting people through some of life's most meaningful moments.
My work blends formal training in Yoga Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Reiki, Sound Healing, and holistic wellness with intuitive guidance, lived experience, and a deep belief that healing and transformation look different for every person.
What began as a healing practice eventually grew into something larger.
